#Emilymatters<\/a><\/b><\/span>\u00a0is a\u00a0social media campaign, inspired by suffragette Emily Davison<\/a><\/strong><\/span>,\u00a0that champions gender equality<\/strong> and has a specific focus on voting matters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Since our launch in the House of Commons<\/strong>, as part of a special event that included a performance of To Freedom’s Cause<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, my play about Emily Davison<\/strong><\/span>, #Emilymatters<\/a><\/strong><\/span> has been promoting grass roots engagement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ambitious Plans for 2018 & Beyond:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I’m working with the team on a series of innovative new projects<\/strong> with a community focus, which will include To Freedom’s Cause<\/a><\/strong><\/span> and draw on the campaign’s outreach work<\/strong> to date.<\/p>\n

We passionately believe that equality<\/strong> and democracy<\/strong> matter.<\/p>\n

We’re looking for people who share our vision<\/strong>\u00a0to help us take the campaign to the next level.<\/p>\n

Whether that be through advice<\/strong>, mentoring<\/strong> or skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Enthusiasm<\/strong> and commitment<\/strong> are key.<\/p>\n
