Thank you to everyone who took part and who helped to spread the word about my #ImagineFund project for Culture Mile, which asked the question:

What’s inspired YOU during Lockdown?

For me, it has been the local green spaces and wildlife – they continue to give me peace of mind and a sense of joy. I now treasure them.

It’s been a joy to find out and now to share the responses from fellow Culture Mile residents. I hope that they will contribute to seeing this unique part of London with fresh eyes, and feel more connected to it.

Re : Connect – Image by Kate Willoughby, 2021.

Moving out of these dark times, I hope we can all some positives that we can take forward, and feel more rooted here.

As part of this, I am now working with Juliana Lottmann, who I met during this project and teaming up with actress/poet Natasha Anne Kelleher again to develop new pop-up events and projects on the theme of Re : Connect.

You can view my digital gallery of the project on Padlet:

As part of the project, actress/poet Natasha Anne Kelleher wrote ‘UNLOCKED, UNLEASHED, UNABATED‘ in response to the creative submissions sent in online and via our special Project Post Box.
