The Cast

Sabina’s stage credits include Der Ring des Nibelungen  (Royal Opera House), Journey to My Father (Risky Things), Agamemnon (Humanitas-Culture), Once Upon a Time (Bromley Churchill), Lear (Meredith Studio). She is also a BBC Norman Beaton Fellowship runners-up prize winner in Radio Drama.

Recent theatre includes ‘Our Food’ at The Live Theatre Newcastle. Romeo and Juliet’ and ‘The Canterbury Tales’ for touring with Cunard. Tim has toured frequently with The Radio Revellers performing Dracula, Treasure Island, The 39 Steps and Loosing Lottie. Tim is chuffed to be working with this Theatre Company.

Eleanor trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Recent theatre credits include, Titania in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’, Dorine in ‘Tartuffe’, Narrator in ‘Grimm Tales’, Mrs Campbell in ‘Whisky Galore’, Jean in ‘Get Up and Tie Your Fingers’, Cook in ‘Beauty and The Beast’, Woman in ‘The Rape’ and Eve in ‘The Occultation’.

Kay Renner was educated at Whitley Bay Grammar School & St Mary’s College of the Sacred Heart where she majored in drama & dance. Early career was dancing for Howard & Wyndham theatres & teaching dance in & around Newcastle. After a spell at Darlington Arts Centre, she spent twenty years between Bournemouth Centre for Community Arts as a member of the Drama in Education Team & Poole College where she ran Youth & Children’s Theatre.

JEMMA GROSS  (Director)

WILL COLLINS  (Stage Manager)

Will started off his career as an actor but found more work behind the scenes. He has worked on many different shows in his career. Will also runs a company dedicated to the theatrical industry, especially stage management. Will mainly provides a Get-In/Get-Out Service – www.collinssm.co.uk.


MIKE LEES (Production Design) 

Mike has designed sets and costumes for more the 200 productions throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East and the USA.  Recent designs include:  GONE (New Ambassadors) WHAT I HEARD ABOUT IRAQ (Arts Theatre) MATHILDE (Vaudeville) FRED ASTAIRE HIS DAUGHTERS TRIBUTE (London Palladium) as well as designs for Off West End and London Fringe Regional, Commercial and European Tours including Southwark Playhouse, the Kings Head, the Bush Theatre, Finborough and Trafalgar Studios –


LAUREL SWIFT   (Musical Director)

Laurel Swift specialises in the folk arts. She is the founder of the ground-breaking young morris company Morris Offspring and works with the performance storyeller, Debs Newbold in the innovative ‘Under Her Skin’. Laurel plays double bass with Gadarene, fiddle with The Gloworms and showcased compositions with Distil: Pocket Garden (2007) and London Haven (2008) – http://www.laurelswift.co.uk/


LOUISE GREGORY  (Lighting Designer)

Louise is a freelance lighting designer and stage manager. She lit Paper Dolls, SilkFOUND and FLOCK for ZENDEH and has toured with Appetite Dance Productions and Tarab Dance Company.  She recently lit Dissolve for Awkward City, and is currently Tour Manager with The Unfolding Sky for Dora Frankel Dance and touring with Company for Farnes Productions – http://www.illuminationtheatreservices.co.uk/
